Robert
M. Calhoun, President
A graduate of Wesleyan University (BA) and Harvard University
(MBA), Rob began his career as a loan officer and subsequent workout
officer at The First National Bank of Boston. During his tenure
at First National, he successfully restructured a number of troubled
credits which resulted in substantial recoveries for the bank. He
joined Beesley in 1979 and subsequently became President and Principal
of the Company. Rob has extensive experience in the rehabilitation
of a broad base of clients, both domestic and international. He
has the ability to quickly establish where a client is winning or
losing, assess short and long-term cash needs, determine where additional
cash could be generated and assist the client in presenting its
needs to lending institutions and financial stakeholders. He has
served as a management consultant and interim manager to hundreds
of companies in a wide range of industries.

Mary D. Waltuck, Associate
A graduate of Northeastern University (BSBA in Accounting and
Executive MBA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and Massachusetts
Real Estate Broker, Mary has a strong background in turnaround management.
She has a proven track record in leadership and financial management
in domestic and international arenas, where she has held positions
as Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer and President/Chief
Executive Officer. Mary has a demonstrated ability to drive cash
flow through asset, liability and expense management. She has extensive
experience in developing forecasts and reporting systems to manage
and maximize working capital utilization. Mary is a no-nonsense,
results driven executive who has successfully integrated customer
needs, employee motivation and investor objectives to achieve outstanding
profit growth.

Robert Geiger, Associate
A graduate of Wright State University (BA), Antioch College (MA) and Harvard
(PMD), Bob began his career in manufacturing management progressing through
executive officer positions at both Pitney Bowes and Nashua Corporation. He
has successfully restructured divisions in large corporations as well as
designed and implemented recovery plans for smaller companies. Bob has
proven abilities in leading teams in environments requiring extensive change
in strategy and organizational development. He has been a general partner in
the private equity firm of Stolberg Partners and has served as a key
executive in portfolio companies of several other private equity firms. Bob
has consulted with companies in the graphic arts, manufacturing, food, mail
order, service and distribution industries. He has been associated with the
Beesley organization since 1982.
